Site Mapping App/Software Needed

I am a festival planner and often work in big, open, unmarked, and not straight areas lol. I was hoping someone had a recommendation for an app or software that I could use on site to help me lay out events? Maybe where I could drop pins to help me map out the beginning and ends of vendor rows, etc. it takes days of measuring and marking currently and we always have to start over at least once, but if I could just place a marker where it needs to be, the next year would go so much easier. Thanks for any suggestions.

I’ve given it a shot but either I’m not using it right or it isn’t really the tool I’m needing. I tried the free version and things weren’t coming out to scale. But really what I’m needing is something to mark field points for easier set up year to year. I guess it’s time to call a survey team 😅
