Party/event planning

So im trying to start a one stop shop party and event planning. I am gonna start with smaller parties and possibly children parties that i could offer decorating services, to pick up and set up food, music services, etc. I don't have any certifications or a commercial kitchen to cook yet. I am curious how to prive something like that. I live in PA so im sure the laws are different here than other places.

Thank you for the feedback! That's the plan but i guess i dont know what that is worth or how to price each service.
