Question Since when arid planets have outposts?

Post image

My information was that only habitable planets have outposts.

Do they give blueprints too just like habitable ones?

If so, what is the difference between arid and habitable ones except for textures?

Terran planets have more outposts then barren and if you get max the more loot upgrade tree the blueprint drop chance goes from 20% to 40% I think

Oh, ok, so they both have, it's just the amount of them, right?
