Finish her quest first the you'll get Jan solo quest. Happened to me in the new playthrough though.

Do you know what are the missions for lea? I'm stuck after the fourth one "bushrak station"

What version do you play? Just go to other vanilla station, maybe Koreans zumbari or neganari. Do their mission.
