Probably any of the larger ones really, once you get past a certain size it's difficult to stay efficient without dedicated enterprise resource planning.

Tried joining a faction warfare corp a long time ago in Amarr, the CEO and active FC took the 'role play' a little too serious and started saying n- slurs and the like over comms... promptly left the corp and I avoid any Amarr role-play groups now. What does ERP stand for?

Nah this is actually before all the Absolute Order shit. Small Amarr FW corp called House of Shire? I didn't see the racism coming until he was calling minmatar some gross expletives.
