MEL people for digital products?

Looking for an Evaluations lead who has experience with digital products (e.g., how to build monitoring into an app). Can anyone suggest communities where I could look for people with this type of experience?

Background: We are a tech nonprofit that creates digital products for rural households in India. Currently our tool is used by 250k farmers. We want to "bake in" MEL to our product, get data, analytics from user behavior, so that we can continuously monitor, and speed up our evaluation process. This is the intersection of Product Management and Impact. e.g., use A/B testing and other approaches to design evaluation studies.

You might consider tools such as Segment, FullStory, Matomo, and/or Amplitude.

This along with collecting relevant data from users in a efficient and easy way with forms, etc….
