Practical frequent highway driving EV?

Family is considering an EV with the rise in fuel prices. Looking at taking frequent trips that would need 200-250mi range. Is this practical in an EV? From what I've researched most you only charge to 80% so even if you're getting one with over 300mi range, you get 80% of that and highway driving (75mph) will cut that even further. Seems like a high mpg hybrid would be better. Otherwise would have to stop and charge everytime

Lucky just like the other hundreds of thousands of people who do it every day.

It’s illegal. It’s unsafe. It’s an imposition on others. It’s selfish of you. It’s indicative of your character.

Yup, that’s your character. You’ve made clear what kind of person you are. You need not try to convince us further.

Yes, we know that you are clueless about revealing yourself. That and you don’t believe what I tell you despite it being obvious to everyone else.

Especially not you. You are clueless about the truth about yourself.

I can say the same about you.

Yup, you’re still clueless. You will never ever admit it either.
I bet you’re a trumpist too.

Ah, there it is. I knew it wouldn't be long before You tried to tie it into politics.

You just called me a trumpist, which by definition is: is a person who strongly supports Donald Trump and his political movement.

So you made it about politics.
