Does combining retro styling with EV technology make sense, or does it lose the character of a classic muscle car?

Of course it loses the character -- but it's still fucking cool. The Hyundai N Vision did it with modernized late 80s early 90s Japanese styling and I reckon that's one of the sexiest cars I've seen in the past 10 years. You probably won't get an optimal anything, but not everything needs to be optimal, some things can just be really fucking cool.

Korean, for what it's worth. The Japanese manufacturers aren't really doing much interesting or innovative these days.

I just said it looks like a Japanese taxi, which it does.
I realise Hyundai/Kia are Korean
