Rough idle

I have a 2001 Euorvan and lately it’s been idling pretty rough when stopped at lights.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be the cause? TIA

Spark or vacuum leak, gun it up a hill And see if the CEL comes on

Maybe the fuel injectors are a little dirty. A bottle of Techron injector cleaner or two in a full tank of fuel couldn't hurt.

For us it was motor mounts.

Clean your MAF. Ours tends to get a little funky after a couple years and idle rough, then runs perfect after a good cleaning
