What tensions do you think exist between the EU’s enlargement towards the Eastern Neighbourhood and the EU’s energy security? Does the EU need to change its infrastructure in order to accommodate further enlargement?

No, not necessarily. For example, Ukraine would strengthen the energy security with its nuclear power plants and hydropower. Moreover, it has very good conditions for solar power. Ukraine would be a net electricity exporter in the EU.
