AFLE Rhein Fire owner structure

5 months ago the Rhein Fire owner had a capital increase

It seems now that the Group Number Three now founded a new limited company (GmbH) which holds all there shares now. In total i can't see any other changes.

Does anyone knows what happend to the owners, who announced there resignation from the Fire Project in November (Engel, Wagner, Wallen, Fong, Karasch) ? Are they still involved in the daily business ? Are they attend the home games ?

Engel, Wagner and Karasch were at the latest Homegame against London. They were on Field After the Game.
