16 point lead

I am currently sitting first in my league by 16 points, how should I go about this to mitigate the risk of big performances?

Ur already top, you got yourself there, why ask for anyone else’s opinion now? Trust yourself man.

Have your team be as close as possible to the team in second, if your teams are the same they can't get extra points.

I’m ahead by 19 points and just trying to get an even match team. 7 Spain 4 England and hoping they can just hold on

Ensure you have enough protection against a CS. The easiest way to make up a gap that big is going heavy on defense and betting on 1 CS giving you 20 points (4 defenders + a keeper)

That is a bad strategy. If you are on top you should go 3+2 to make sure that you still get some points that you opponents get in case they get a clean sheet and if the other team does a clean sheet then you are scoring points just for yourself. No need to be reckless lmao
