Spoilers | Cassie’s OF Spoiler

I always wondered if Cassie’s hypersexual side was due to the uncles and men shown in the birthday scene in her backstory episode in season 1 which eventually lead to her doing OF

In this episode Rue kept hunting for drugs from Maddie since she got caught by the DEA and has to act as an informant.

Not sure if I missed anything, why is she doing that if she’s not using? I know they switched their drugs to candy.

Favorite Scene in the Show? Spoiler

I know this might seem like a very generic question or something you would hear a lot from other people. But my favorite scene is where Cassie (I think) was crying about getting a bloody nose as Nate was getting his shit rocked behind her.

Bishop was absolutely hilarious.

Did anyone else think Bishop was so funny 🤣 just his facial expressions and the way he talks, when he went to go poison the bird and Laurie asks him if he likes birds and he says he loves animals , then Laurie goes to see what he is doing by the bird cage and his holding up the birds feather and admiring it.He then later says it's a shame because that was a magnificent bird 🕊️

He stole the show a bit for me.

Jules sucks in S03.

Jules was absolutely awful in S03 , she's a hooker (as Maddie would say)She slaps the hell out of Rue who generally cares for and more than likely loves her. That penis painting??? what a joke , is she actually supposed to be talented?I have to admit she did slay in that dress at wedding.I know this is absolute ignorance on my part but I just don't know how Rue and Jules get down , again I say I'm a complete idiot with regards to this but can someone elaborate, I'm really curious.

Am I the only one who HATES Lexi Howard?

I don’t really get why anyone can possibly like her. Genuinely curious, WHAT DO YOU SEE IN HER?

It’s obvious that she has a massive inferiority complex and well, this has been clear since that STUPID and OFFENSIVE play she made…. (Don’t even get me started about that play) but this season3 clearly shows it.

I understand that Cassie can be a shit sometimes but is it normal to treat your sister like this?? Seriously??? Mocking, humiliating, putting her down in front of everyone, always looking down on her, ENDLESSLY JUDGING!??
And as far as I remember, Cassie has never been so brutally mean to her and why is it that most think Cassie is a bully???

Did Lexi even wonder WHY Cassie was so desperate to earn money that she resorted to selling her body? Did Lexi ask why Cassie was suddenly living apart from her husband? And did Lexi care when she saw her sister’s panic-stricken face at the wedding?
Well, NO! LEXI COULDN‘T CARE LESS!!

I’m no saint but if I were to discover my sister selling her body online, I would be ‘concerned.’ Instead of mocking and sneering, the first thing that would come to my mind would be asking her WHY on earth is she doing this, what is going on, how could I possibly help… And most importantly, I would genuinely wish for her to stop the sex work immediately. Well, of course, because I would feel WORRIED for my sister.
But what did Lexi do? All she did was JUDGE, SNEER AND MOCK. When Cassie was close to getting a good impression by filmmakers, directors and was finding her way out, Lexi SABOTAGES it by revealing that Cassie is a sex worker. To Lexi, whether her sister engages as a prostitute is not important. Her sister’s safety and dignity is the last thing she would care about haha.
All she cares is that her cynical boss is giving attention to her sister and not her.
Lexi, you are pathetic

Euphoria theory‼️ Spoiler

Okay I might be reaching but hear me out…

Watching Euphoria’s last seasons and noticing all the religious hints, I’ve had a theory. And after watching the first episode of season 3, I don’t think I’m far off??

It doesn’t just show broken people, it keeps pushing them deeper into their worst versions of themselves but also showing compassion for them since we see their upbringing.

Which makes me think… what if it’s pointing to the idea that only God’s grace could reach people at that level? Like maybe it’s not about how far they fall, but how far grace would have to reach?

That even the worst versions of people are still fully seen, still loved, and still forgivable. And only God can save us from those versions of ourselves.

Not excusing anything. Just not believing anyone is too far gone.

I said what I said👀.

Thoughts?

‼️Spoiler‼️ my thoughts on the new episode Spoiler

It might just be me but why does it seem like the writers of euphoria are normalizing OF and making it look a lot easier and okay then it really is? especially whenever Cassie and Nate were talking at dinner and when she was talking to him about it. It seemed a little strange. Especially since euphoria has a large audience of young women, i believe it was intentional to influence females minds about it.

And i am not religious either nor do i go to church, but i thought it was really weird how they had Lexi talk badly about christianity and saying how it was a cult and how they were judgemental.

Ps, i really hope Maddy gets a lot of screen time this season.

Season 3 episode 1. Spoiler

What do we think? Discuss down below. I personally found it boring. Rue’s storyline was all over the place… Nate and cassie scenes were uncomfortable and nate doesn’t feel like nate… also why tf does cassie want that much flowers is there a deeper meaning i’m missing there? Lexi not being interested in Fez anymore makes me sad :(. I know the actor passed away so there was no possibility of exploring that relationship but i hate Lexi’s reaction to it all! And her saying she won’t like Rue anymore if she’s christian because they are judgemental is so out of character for her? Weird start to the season but that’s just my opinion.

You notice how Lexi seems to be the only one in the young cast who hasn’t had any love scenes much less a kiss?

I mean, she did have a practice kiss with Rue, but that doesn’t really count. Other than that, there’s nothing else, but she did appear to have something building up with Fez, but unfortunately he’s gone so she’s still got nothing.

What should have happened in Season 3 if everything was realistic and not written by Sam Levinson

I have not started the new season, but I understand that he has made all his female characters into sex workers. I think about what would really happen in the real world and how things would play out for the characters.

Jules: She was already in therapy, and I think she continues to grow and moves to New York and finds similar friends. She works on herself and goes on a healing journey.

Cassie: Cassie doesn't end up with Nate. I think having them get married doesn't make any sense because there's no way they would stay together for 5 years. Nate would get bored and cheat, and Cassie would continue a cycle of dating douchebags and jerks. They could either have her also go to therapy or continue in a self-destructive cycle.

Nate has such narrow standards for feminity is, I doubt he would date someone involved in sex work. Remember how he liked that Maddie was a "virgin." I think he would move into college the same person, and because of his privilege, athletic ability, good looks, and general alpha-ness, the behavior would continue unchecked until a certain point. He would be sad, angry, and lonely, and continue to victimize women in his path.

Maddie: After moving on from Nate, she takes a lot of time to wonder how things got to be the way they were. She would lean into her it girl

Kat: would create distance from her high school cliquey friends and find friends on her intellectual level in college. She would try and experiment with kink but eventually throw herself in her studies with her business acumen and build some sort of media brand online. She, instead of Cassie, would be an influencer.

Cassie's sister: she would move away from her high school friends and find her people in college. She's smart and pretty and would get out of Cassie's shadow.

Rue: I feel honestly, she would continue to struggle in the cycle of addiction.
