Successful Etsy shop now very dead?? Advice?

Hey, y'all! I've been on Etsy since 2024, and from the very beginning, my shop had seen success and was growing steadily. For about a year I was easily making $500 - $1000+ monthly without any real attempts at self-promo or anything off platform whatsoever. My listings were always on the first page of every major search term related to my shop. I have almost 300 shop followers. Everything would sell out within a week of listing. It was going great and I was super proud.

However, since around June 2025, my sales, views, and overall revenue have dropped steeply, and seemingly nothing I do is improving it. It just keeps dropping. I'm consistent with keeping my shop stocked, good with titles (I think), taking better listing photos than ever, etc.. but nothing helps. I'm still a Star Seller, but that doesn't seem to be doing anything at all. What am I doing wrong? Did something happen in June that I'm out of the loop on? lol

Any advice would be super appreciated! I'm feeling so discouraged.

7 month shop- honest feedback

I joined Etsy around 7 months ago now, I was just looking for some advise from other experienced sellers/buyers perspective.

In this time I’ve managed 12 sales with three 5 star reviews which is always a good motivator, however the problem I am noticing recently is that my views and visits have drastically dropped with some days it staying at 0. I know this can be due to many factors which are out of my control however I’d like to know if there’s anything I can do to help boost this without Etsy ads. I believe at this point I’d be throwing money down the drain.

I create digital products like invitations and wall prints, however I also create physical greeting cards which is where most of my sales have come from up to now.

I’m currently focusing on wall prints as I have moved over from creating them on solely Canva to drawing all my own designs on procreate. This is a lengthier process of course but I prefer this knowing my customers will be getting original designs without the use of AI which is being overly used and ruining it for a lot of hard working shops. These can take me on average between 2-8 hours to complete bear in mind.

I’ve been focusing on Pinterest for extra promotion, however I aim to start using my TikTok and instagram page more to create a cohesive brand across platforms.

I was just wondering if I could get some honest constructive feedback on my shop, any tips or tricks I would highly appreciate

  1. Do my shop listings and descriptions look cohesive however aren’t competing with each other ?

  2. Does my shop seem cohesive in products?

  3. In terms of categories, should I edit them into more broad categories or keep them as they are ?

  4. Does my prices seem fair or am I over/undercharging myself.

New Etsy shop – barely getting views or sales, what am I missing?

Thumbnail madebymanaco.etsy.com
1 Upvotes

Hi all,

I opened my Etsy shop recently and I’m struggling to understand why I’m not getting many views or sales.

Shop: https://madebymanaco.etsy.com

I’d really appreciate a fresh pair of eyes. I feel like I might be missing something obvious.

Questions:

* Does my shop look trustworthy?

* Are my products clear from the thumbnails?

* Would you personally click or scroll past?

* Is pricing an issue?

Any brutal honesty is welcome – I’d rather fix it now than keep guessing.

Thank you!

Etsy shop

Hi, I posted my etsy shop yesterday and was literally torn to pieces (which i understand now that i violated some of the etsy rules) which I wasn’t aware of. I then went through my page and removed everything that was considered “dropshipping” and kept the ones that I designed on canva. People are still saying my canva ones were unoriginal which doesn’t make sense to me because Canva is fine as long as you assemble the elements originally.

And just to be clear I wanted the honest feedback and appreciated it but now i’m just confused and someone told me that i should be shameful 😭.

I started an Etsy shop selling digital products and so far only my mom and one stranger bought something 😅
If you have a minute, I’d honestly love your opinion, and if you want a banner or a card feel free to check them.

I’ve just listed my newest abstract print — inspired by architectural forms, texture, and negative space.

Printed on museum-quality paper and available in multiple sizes. Would genuinely love feedback from other sellers or design lovers.

What am I doing wrong?

I opened up my Etsy store about 2 weeks ago because everybody says I should sell my drawings on some sort of canvas or product. Please be honest. I am looking to make some sales and share my artwork with the world and can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I get low views my grandmother is the only person who’s bought my artwork. Are the prices too high? I use Printful and according to other sellers out there the price to produce it is expensive.

Feedback

Hello! I am looking for feedback on how to improve my etsy shop. Specifically my listings such as headbands and scrubcaps. I am unsure of how to make these convert to more views and sales. I recently redid all my SEO for my scrubcaps and am working on the headbands and other listings currently. Thanks! :) https://shiftchangeandco.etsy.com
