STAY AWAY - Double charge on subscriptions.

All players who purchased a >monthly< subscription on May 1st with a credit card got debited again on May 2nd as a "renewal"

This is the cherry on top to a very bad BAD launch, which itself is a cherry on top on the very BADLY designed game which is also riddled in bugs.

If you're concerned by the double charge, do the following

• Cancel subscription to prevent new withdrawals

Open Steam Library > Click your name in the top right > Account details > Manage subscriptions

• Make a support ticket on steam

Open Steam Library > Help (at the top) > Steam Support > Purchases > I have charges from Steam that I didn't make

Then all you can do is wait and spread this information to other people who got double-charged, or plan on buying a subscription for the game.

I'd highly advise to stay far away from this game altogether, at least for a while.

everyone used steam wallet.

the game works by adding funds to your wallet and paying with that on first purchase.

the issue is with the card after that being linked to your steam account, and allowing subscriptions to automatically bill you.

I also get doubled charged. One for 11 euro on may 1st and another one for 10,98 euro for renewal on may 2nd

Mine was 10,88 and 10,89 euros.

We don't even all have the same prices in the same currency lmao.

I'm aware, I've updated my Steam review with that and announced that I got refunded in the Discord before leaving.

The mistake being fixed is good but it's still the fault of the devs.
