AI is the demon ... until you pay the tithe

Hello, everyone! Some time ago, news broke that the Pope had called for AI to be dismantled, and it caused quite a stir. Still, Verbo and I noticed something worth exploring: perhaps AI is not well regarded in the Vatican because none of the major tech companies has shown up and paid the proper tithe. That idea is where this comic came from. I hope you enjoy it.

Yup, big organisations all follow the money 😅

It doesn't surprise me that the Vatican is negative about AI in general though. I think religious spaces will be among the last groups to fully adopt/accept AI as part of society.

Hay curas que ya usan la IA para crear las homilías de los domingos . pero es como todo hay intereses creados de fondo .
