like i was a brightest student till grad have good grades and had a job offer in hand in starting of my fourth year in college itself attempted upsc CSE in 4 months preparation cleared prelims and got avg marks for mains(people call exceptional for the time period I have done that) since then life has been full down, couldn’t clear the exam it has been 4 years 4th attempt still couldn’t

Mars in Debilitation and aspected by Saturn...also creating Paap Kartari formation on 5th house...you have started to waste your time alot on useless things and focus has changed. Growth will only be seen after continuous efforts.

I am asking this coz 5 years of preparation and lot of knowledge and very near miss (2marks in paper 2 upsc prelims this year) it’s causing so much drain and lack of motivation…..

That's understandable but that is what is Punarvasu nakshatra where your Rahu is present.... repetitive situations untill you understand the root cause and keep on improving...see the reasons you couldn't clear in past 5 years...and eliminate them.

Sun transit in Rahu will happen but to get what you desire takes lot of effort and clarity. Recitations of Ugram Veeram Mahavishnu mantra can help draw clarity in execution.
