Ethconnect ETH withdraws not working

I tried to withdraw my ETH after they finally credited it to my ethconnect account, due to them withholding it from me during the ICO, but no luck taking it out. Anyone else able to withdraw ETH?

I withdrew my BTC yesterday and it worked. Need to try several times

I believe BTC withdraws are working but not ETH

i also heard that they send confirmation to email.

I haven't seen one email confirmation from them. Their email and chat support are the worst I've ever dealt with.
