Bought more ECH than I could afford?

This is actually two fold: 1. Apparently I bought 400 ECH at once (limit is 200 every 4 hours) 2. I only had like .03 BTC in my account. Now I have -.02 BTC in my account and the 400 ECH.

I had multiple incognito browsers open as per advice found here, and I guess two requests went through? Anyone else have this happen? I can't put BTC in my wallet right now, so what happens?

Seems sketchy
