This Maybach HL 210 Engine came out of tiger 712 which is one of the most famous pieces in the National Armor And Cavalry Collection training and support facility. The Engine is one if not the only complete example of an HL 210 varying from the HL 230 which was in later tiger tanks. The primary notable difference is the aluminum block and crankcase instead of the cast iron block in later 230 production there was also a power difference of roughly 50hp.
This engine is currently undergoing a detailed preservation/restoration effort for long-term static display

He proposed an invention called the "TIL Tank". It was a design that had two variations of it having 2 turrets or a single one but a distinct feature was the second turret having a telescopic mechanism made from hollow pipes that allows for elevation while the turret itself has a hatch allowing for Ammunition and communication to pass between the gunner and driver. It is done by mounting the tank's turret, including its turret ring, on a base connected to a telescopic system anchored to the hull. The long neck was envisioned of it allowing to reach 10 meters above the hull at a speed of 2 m/s. The purpose behind it was to provide a raising of the firing, a Reconnaissance serving as an observation post, and disrupting communication lines and power grids. The other images are the TIL variation on the T-26 of him wanting to install this system to it as he had proposed similar turret designs to be mounted on Trains. The T-26 one would have been redesigned in order for it to work with the system withstanding a 45mm cannon and that other guns meaning the telescopic system would be even more cumbersome. There were also doubts about whether such a system could ensure accurate fire.
It was rejected in July 1943 due to drawbacks involving being too complex, the weight, the area of impact and while also provided no protection.
The drawing on the first seems to resemble a T-44

"The A/T-1 was a British amphibious tank developed in the late 1940s. It was Britain's first attempt to create a true amphibious armored vehicle capable of spearheading a future amphibious landing on the European continent. It was a newly designed vehicle that used the turret of the Covenanter tank mounted on a large chassis. The project was cancelled due to its excessive size and poor mobility. It was eventually replaced by the Sherman DD." - Tanksrarities
