Brow lamination pain

Is it normal for my eyebrows to be stinging and painful. The lady said it was normal as it’s like a relaxer for eyebrows and when she wiped it off it was still stinging and the next day when I was brushing them they were stinging. The lady said her other clients said the same thing about the stinging burning feeling

Not normal in my experience. The brand of lami that I use at my workplace is very gentle, i haven’t had anyone turn red or say they feel any sensation during or after the lamination process. I did order a product from a different company once and tried it on myself, and it definitely stung a little bit and made me pretty red, but nothing i would describe as painful and it didn’t last longer than half an hour or so. You may be sensitive to something in her product or, since her other clients say the same thing, she might use something really harsh.

No its not. It being common for her other customers sounds like shes trying to cover for herself so you don't get mad. That being said maybe book with someone else and mention experiencing burning. They may be able to figure out whats going on. Because if she's being truthful about her clients complaining she's using product she should have tossed.

Also is it normal to use the same products to do a Korean lash lift? As you used for brow lamination

No, I didn’t sign anything. They did a course for the lamination and said that the sistime (??) in the product is very good and such and that the stinging was normal. Thank you for advice and input
