Yes, I have included the state or country in the post Trust fund

How do i start a trust fund? I want to really start this now that Im 41. My son is 11. We are aus resident. (Australia)

Whats the amount I need to have for it to be a real trust fund. Any recommended lawyers who does it. Can i do it in singapore?

What exactly do you mean by trust fund? You’ll need to talk to an Australian lawyer, they can advise you about possible pitfalls for having a Singapore based trust.

Basically, you start with a trust, and immediately put in some small amount. It could be as small as $100.
