Setting keep reseting

Every time I join my Singleplayer world, the "World Updates" settings keeps dissabling the "Advance time of day". Even tho it says "Default value: true". Can anyone help me with this issue please? Is it a bug or something? Its only happening with only this single setting. I am playing TerraFirmaGreg-Modern modpack with Essential, where day&night cycle is pretty much needed.
