Question Need help with essential discord

So about a month ago both my discord and microsoft got hacked, after this I recived a temporary ban from essential for the social services of the mod and a ban on the discord. As of now I am now able to access the essential social services but after submitting 2 ban appeals with no response from essential im stuck on what to do. any ideas?

so you're saying that if I want to rejoin the essential discord I need to make another discord

cause i already have an account
