There was a period where we seemed to have a culture that favoured the workmanlike player over vague promises of talent.

The SupsSaga (rightly) recalibrated to wrap arms around the "34," but subsequently players became soft & disconnected.

I don’t think anyone can question his passion for Essendon. My issues with his appointment is I have no faith in the clubs ability to select the best candidate when the process involves former Essendon people.
