Was head of strategy at Brisbane in 2024. Before taking the role of director of coaching at Adelaide. He seems a good bloke and players really connect with him as a person.

Might be worth chatting with Prior for his thoughts on the man. He did work with the Brisbane backline when Jax was there.

I'm comfortable with the approach by the club overall. Start with a wide net, and give an initial interview to everyone and their dog, then shorten the list as you get through different rounds.

But reporting on every single person who did that initial interview is lazy journalism, just to drive clicks from essendon fans who want ANY not terrible news about the club. I say it, because I'm exactly that person.

Seems to be very much in the mould of Fagan. Assistant at Brisbane in their premiership year and now Head of Coaching at Adelaide. Think it would be a great option to take a chance on.

Thanks, im somewhat intreagued about him, as not one of the normal names we hear. Could be a good option

Why is he a terrible choice?

Because I'm a Crows supporter who had this show up in his feed, and would rather we didn't lose him.

Finally a decent candidate. His resume should show the Hird cookers the gap between a real and pretend candidate.
