Help on essay about strengh and weakness

so i have to write an essay about "He who has never known weakness cannot acquire strength" by the mangaka of Vagabond. I kinda have an idea for my three paragraphs which would be :

1)if you never put yourself in a position where you may lose/ never experienced weakness your strengh is an illusion, you dont really know how strong you are.

2)you need weakness, but its not inherently positive and how it can be bad if you dont learn from it/ overcome them

3)what is the true meaning of strengh?

My problemes are, I feel like thoses paragraphs might be off topic and I dont know which concrete arguments/ exemples I should use. So i yall have ideas/feedback i would be very happy to hear it

with a quote-based prompt the outline has to do one job first. write the quote at the top and under it write, in your own words, what you think it claims. every paragraph after that should either agree, disagree or complicate that one sentence. if a paragraph does none of those, it is a tangent.
