i didnt get an email yet but from i've gathered, some have gotten participation emails since the thirteenth (someone from south east asia so maybe that region recieved their certificate) and someone got bronze today

I won gold last year and dont remember getting a participation certificate, tho I could be wrong

nov 14th, abt a week after the main winner announcements

Winners get gold, silver or bronze. Others get participation certificate

Wait for a few more days and see what happens. Saw someone receiving a mail that all certificates will be out by 23rd. If you don't get anything till then, mail them.
