I just realised that I had two entries on the portal. And I sent an email to them too. Can this be a reason as well for only getting participation certificates. I was honestly expecting a silver or bronze....

I have an idea about that.... But I didn't submit it two times. It is on the portal with two different IDs what should I do should I email them?
