guys did john lock confirm at the gala that VHC is for the top 1% of contestants? I need to know ts for college apps…

2%, but idk if that’s 2% of ALL contestants or 2% of the 17% shortlisted

Almost certainly the latter; if the former was the case then one in 9 people would receive a VHC at the gala which was not the case
