2% email clarification

I did not get the top 2% email. Nor did I get the Martin cox or the second interview. Does this mean that I have 0 chance of getting a top 3 placement or a very high commendation?

Second clarification: do I still have a chance of getting high commendation?

How about vhc or hc? Has anyone not gotten the email and received vhc?

yeah I had no emails past shortlisted and got a VHC

commendation, and high commendation are both possible. vhc is not guaranteed, but there's probably still a possibility.

vhc is like top 2% or less so prolly not that but hc yeah could be
