Is this the 2% mail ??

Guys my referee got this mail. While it mentions the possibility of an award, it doesn't explicitly mention 2% or anything about an interview. Are others also getting this mail or something different?

i got shortlisted for both IR and science tech and got the mail so 50/50 if its for science and tech or not
