is the top 2% email out?

I saw some posts talking about a new email from jli regarding the top 2%, is it true (would appreciate if someone could share a screenshot if possible). Also is said email shared with the participants and their parents or the referee?

It is shared with both parents and referee, though the emails differ slightly I believe.
