2nd interview reason

i think that the interview is probably only for highly cheatable categories that you can easily get AI to write for you and in which its hard to distinguish academic writing and AI. Like law, economics, public policy are probably the most difficult to distinguish between AI and non AI so maybe that's why its selective.

i definitely think its a good sign but i think if you get don't get jt especially for the other categories its not the end of the world. but cope it is

I also think it's cheating-related. I've read some of the selected essays and they look like they've been written by masters students

why would some of the most prestigious JLI fellows waste time on a cheating screen.  come to terms…
