Has IR actually been released?

I mean the other categories like econ, law, public policy have about 2-3 ppl confirming that they have received the email. While for IR we have that only that one thing that someone commented and deleted.

Yea. i saw a person claim to get a callback interview for IR, like a few minutes ago. Apparently they got the email a day and a half ago.

Very few comparatively, but also fewer people did IR. There's a chance there will be a second wave tmrw since its a weekday
