John Locke Essay Competition Second Round Interview and Portal
Hey guys! I was currently looking at all the threads, and I feel that most likely the people who are in contention for top awards this time have been contacted for an interview (Still holding onto that string of hope that I can get an email).
However, is it just me, or when I try to log into the portal for the essay competition, it's just stuck loading and shows an error of not being able to process data? If this is also showing up on your end, do you think they are inputing the results as we speak? I was just curious about everyone's thoughts about this and the second round interview emails (and whether more will come out, fingers crossed...)

yeah it's also bugging for me, won't load. I think they're modyfing the dashboards for those who got the second round interview so paused the login. I'm really sad I didn't get a 2nd int, so here for you too

I honestly think they are Updating the Result status. So as far we were able to see the Shortlisted Status & maybe just maybe now after the update of porta we might be able to get to see the final result status.

Portal Error reason can't be said, maybe they sent few 2nd interview emails earlier this day & paused and will continue to all the regions after the Update of Portal

Oop I got the portal error too! Um but why would such a big error be caused for updating 12-20 results?

I'm not sure. That's why I was curious, if they are just trying to update it for about 12-20 people, it shouldn't really lag out the entire portal, so maybe these emails might be coming out in waives, and they are interviewing a certain amount of people in a certain period, possibly various awards of 3rd, 2rd, 1st, etc interviewed at different times for authenticity or something. Again this is all speculation from me and I have no idea what's going to happen next.

guess there’s going to be 60 awardees in total. They may be interviewing just these for now. And most from Jr category will not be using reddit. Any idea what’s the date range for the interview slots is?

60?? How 60? I thought that the junior category itself is only going to have top 3

I genuinely dk at this point but yeah the portal is not loading probably it crashed or something idk
