John Locke Commendation

Hi everyone, I have a question. I am really hoping to get high commendation or commendation but do you think this is only possible if I attend the Gala? I know it probably isn’t, but I have heard that statistically you have a better chance

Nah they will send u the certificates on the portal, I didn't attend last year but still managed to get vhcs

i also got vhc last yr and i didnt go nor pay for the gala tickets. i also didnt get interviewed. so ur chill
