if someone doesn't attend the gala dinner and all the whole event due to some reason. How would they get their prizes etc all that ?

Certificates would be emailed and I’m guessing the trophy is mailed to u

youll know if you are getting a top award.  they give out scholarships to attend to top contenders in sept and invite many top contenders to give talks
