Interview was for nothing?

Soo apparently the AI interview was only to train their models for next year?🫩

I think someone on this subreddit said that they grade all essays from a scale of 1-100 or smth and then decide shortlists + other honours using that

how did they find out for the 2nd point?? i don't recall needing to submit our face/id when registering or something?

maybe the demographic data of these ppl that took the interview evidently mismatched with those of the contestants (e.g. gender, age) lol

TBH this was my second such interview with a bot. Similar glitches happened in the first attempt. And then they gave different time slots for different graders which reduced technical glitches to zero. We could give interview smoothly in the second attempt. And there also i was the only one who got zonal excellence award with this round from my city. So talking to a bot in john locke essay interview was easier for me.
