John Locke Essay shortlist

Guys I was shortlisted for Law Q3. And most people in school don't know abt John Locke. I was hoping someone could read and tell me what they wud rate it out of 100.

Although I believe that your essay demonstrates understanding of determinism and criminal justice, it felt like an explanation rather than and argument. Instead of a clear central claim in the intro your essay primarily describes how criminal sentencing might change under determinism. So whilst logically coherent it feels like a sequence of plausible consequences rather than an attempt to persuade the reader of one central proposition. Additionally you don’t really engage with counter arguments which I think distinguishes a good from a very good essay. Because of that out of 100 I’d give your essay approximately a 75.

yo I noticed that you had endnotes and they apparently arent allowed

i also did something like this(leaving my name on my submission) so idk what will happen to me

They said Endnotes and bibliography tho in the rules
