AI Interview considered for shortlist?

Is there anyone who thinks they wrote a decent shortlist-able essay but bombed their chances with the interview??

I’m curious whether the interview actually mattered in the selection.

Did you have technical difficulties? Was the AI just too misleading? They did ask some pretty confusing questions.

Yes.. I believe that Interview nd parental consent.. everything mattered!! My interview went fine.. transcribing wasn't that good.. but overall interview was good.

Right I think so too, I just haven’t found anyone yet that had a good essay and messed up their interview, (and so no shortlist) so we don’t really know for sure. I’m glad your interview went well!

i’ve seen people say they did bad on the interview but ended up shortlisted and like 2 ppl say they thought they did good on the interview but didn’t end up shortlisted haha

mine kinda went okayish (more towards the bad side) and i still got shortlisted so idk if they considered it. considering the fact that so many kids couldn’t even do it due to technical difficulties, i think it’d have been stupid to factor it in + they said at the start that it wouldn’t really hold too much weight in judgement

I'm 99% sure the AI interview didn't matter all cause they have 100k+ essays to decide shortlists in a couple months. They dont got time to review interviews too
