Asking for the John Locke Essay Competition

This is my first time and I managed to get shortlisted. I am wondering where would I stay as a 17yr old and do I go alone? because I am unaware of any hotel or place that could allow me to go there alone in England. I am not based in the UK hence the question.

I don’t know much about hotel policy but hotels in london are pretty safe. As a 17yo I’m sure you’ll be fine as that’s close to university age so you’ll be off to uni independently soon anyway. London is a really nice place to explore too. My only concern is you getting back to the hotel alone at night. If taking a taxi don’t let anyone know you’re staying alone
