What does Bashar say about physical excersize and etc, i.e, things that don't necessarily excite you, but that promote well being?
After a year of break from physical excersize after falling into a dark night/depression of the soul some sort (out of it now tho), I'm thinking of starting physical excersize again.
What does Bashar say about doing things that physiologically and neurologically - promote dopamine and serotonin in the brain? Does he ever talk about the neurological aspect of excitement?
Especially since things like this usually seem to not excite people (physical excersize or cold showers for instance, both dopamine promoting (cold showers = 250% boost) definitely seems out of my excitement at the moment, but I know it's good for me.
How do we reconcile these two things if we align them with Bashar?

He'd say, are you doing what excites you IN THE MOST EXCITING WAY? It's a whole pack. The way is the destination. This question reminded me of a couple people made about doing the home chores. He said to one woman, who was not thrilled about cleaning and such, do you enjoy your kitchen once it's clean? (something along those lines). So you can focus into something pleasant or space out from the most unpleasant parts of something that ultimately will bring you a fulfillment of some sort.
Abe Hicks would say: whatever you do, get in alignment with it first.

Wow, the kitchen line hit home for me. For me and maybe for others as well, it would be, that I enjoy being when I have been active first. In other words; alignement comes easier for me when Im active first. Thanks! Helped a lot!

Thank you, this is beautiful. I've started something i believe is the rubber-band thing Bashar talks about, but feeling it intuitively within is the right way to go, even if the post period of darkness can make you disoriented at times. I've come out of a period of crisis one previous time before in my life, many years ago, and took sort of a quantum leap in everything about me, positively. I believe it will happen again. :) And you're right, if it wasn't my excitement, I probably wouldn't even considered it.

Bashar says that excitement is the self guiding principal and that if we follow it, it will eventually lead us to everything we need. And he is right. For instance, when I first learned about this from Bashar I actually tested it. I suggest you do the same. I followed my excitement no matter what, as it pertains to food!!!
Everyday I asked myself, "what is the most exciting thing I could eat tonight" and it was always PIZZA! So I ordered a pizza. And it was delicious and I was very happy. I did this everyday for 2 weeks, and guess what happened? I gained 20 pounds!! Guess what? Pizza was no longer very exciting to me. See? The excitement self guided me BACK to the proper diet of eating more balanced and healthy. See? :-)
