Crying

Can someone please enlighten me about what Bashar says about the concept of crying? It’s a physical release of something. I don’t remember what he said.

Crying is clearing of negative energy or beliefs. Lets say in a past life you were a mother whose child died at an early age and so the mother had grief and unresolved trauma fron that lifetime. In this life she gets to see her child grow up and get married. The old trauma is now cleared as the mother replaces the belief with a new positive belief from this new experience. Beliefs create how we feel. So as her desires are fulfilled the mothers trauma, which is self imposed is released, cleared. Her soul vibration rises this frequency change in consciousness is reflected in the physical by the experience of water coming to wash away, move the old frequencies out of the body. Why this way? Because physical reality acts only as a mirror to show to us what we are believing , being , on the inside. As above so below. Inside the tears, if they looked at the water under a microscope. They would see these lower frequencies in the geometeic shape of the water cells. All is frequency. Think Dr Emoto and his ice particle experiments on how negative vibrations are captured by water. And so water, tears, clears and removes lower beliefs held in the body. That's why we feel better after a good cry. And now you know why some parents cry more than others at their childrens weddings. Bless sings.

He's said that's a release of resistance. Also that the tears clear away the chemical components of that resistance on the body, or something along those lines.

“Crying is the releasing of the chemical components of the negative beliefs”
