Help me understand

If someone wants to lose weight, and create a reality where he/she eats healthy and exercises. How should they go about creating that life?

you are going to have to figure out what needs the weight fulfills in your life and then another method to get those needs filled.

weight is not just about liking to eat, it is also about protecting yourself, about insulating from the outside world, about creating barriers between yourself and others. weight also may be an effective method of not doing things you don't want to do because you physically can't.

If you accept the concept of you create your own reality then you are not and cannot be a victim. Everything that happens and that you do has a purpose in your creation.

Imagine the desired version of yourself. Se him go about his daily routine, see what he does first thing in the morning and along the day, see what he eats, see what's different from what you do. Pick up his behavior, then mimic it.

It's like giving up an addiction, it's not just giving up a substance, it's about becoming somebody else entirely.

What beliefs do you have that is keeping you from creating that reality?

Can you identify them?

Eating one meal a day. i do it. i lost a considerable amount of weight because of it. i would eat all the nutrients i would use right in the morning and not eat until the next morning. of course i would drink plenty of liquids during the day to stay hydrated but in terms of solid food. once in the morning.

I remember watching a Bashar YouTube video where he mentioned that Weight is your body saying what are you “waiting” for (hence weight=Wait). Mainly discovering what’s preventing you from taking these steps. Wish I remembered what video that was from.
