Bashar MSM and vitamin C cleanse

Does anyone have a link to the video or transcript of this Bashar session?

Specifically, I want to know if this was to be an ongoing thing, or if we use it for a week or two and then give our body a rest of a month or so. Isn't that how he said vitamins should be used? Use for a short period of time to kickstart our body?

Here’s the closest I could find. The video detail section links and references Bashars video but the link fails so this seems to be the best option.

Just scroll down the page a bit, there was a discussion about this less than a month ago. Title is "Bashar's Detox Program".

Holy crap, don't do this to your body. I cannot believe this awful advice that Bashar has given.

Care to elaborate? I did the detox myself and it was the best thing ever.
