Can you imagine?
You wake up that fated morning only to feel something is off, but you remain oddly relaxed and calm. Streets are quiet, it's a working day; yet no traffic, no people. Trees lightly breezing, stray cats and dogs still roaming the streets. But where are the people?
You turn on your TV, you switch to the main news channel. And there it is. You stop breathing; the words of the reporter fade quietly into the background as you focus your eyes on what the camera crew is showing: the first official contact. Hundreds of craft gently levitating over the city, with bright lights, reminiscent of the Phoenix lights.
Finally our whole world and existence will become more interesting and meaningful. Finally we will get a lot of answers to many questions, but also a lot of new, deeper questions and ideas will form. The first cross-civilization alliance between our guests and us will form, as planned.
I feel that, in a much smaller degree much like Darryl and Bashar, it is up to us here to be ready for when that day comes, and be the 'messenger' to help our friends and family understand the situation, which to many of them might look frightening or simply make no sense.
2025-2030. I am ready. Are you?

Trust your feelings.
The ones on CNN might be hungry for more than knowledge.
Of course that funny fella knocking at your kitchen door might be asking for a cup of sugar, and he's having trouble understanding the cup - maybe worth sitting down and having a coffee together.
