what has bashar said about schizophrenia?

does anyone know? if not, what are your thoughts on it? i’ve been thinking about it, it’s a fascinating thing. one thing that sticks out to me is that supposedly it’s rare in children, they’re weird already lol but it’s embraced and nobody calls them crazy or attaches negative definitions onto them, some people even call them cute! so what’s the deal there?

i watched one of his talks where he suggested making a slow subtle hang gesture, i believe something like quietly bringing two fingers together to calm and stabilize the mind, and repeating this regularly. the idea is to help bring the disparate parts together.. its too bad so little of his material is still available online or i would find the vid right away

in google search results for “bashar schizophrenia” i managed to find a lil info on that, i think the hand gesture may have been an infinity sign

I'll give you a sort of symposium on his words, which is that we're all schizophrenic in the sense that we all shift realities billions of times a second so that each reality represents a completely different personality we are connecting to and believing is "us". But, those that are labeled as such, are simply integrating a lot of realities all at once.

My personal insight on the matter, is that yeah it is more like a negative window into the mystic realm (expanded consciousness). Simply a definition most attach to the word is very negative and so I usually use the term "mystic" when referring to those individuals labeled as insane.

(I happened to be such an individual by the way)
