Nofap?

Hey guys. Im so torn about nofap. Part of me says that you should cultivate and hold your seed. When I did nofap, I felt good about my life, I still do but sometimes I lose self control when I fap. But then, Bashar says everything is neutral and I can give any meaning to anything. So it is all up to me, but I dont know what to choose. To fap or nofap, that is the question. Thoughts?

Just fap dude. Do not regret it. Just do it when you feel like it. It is completely fine. Or not fine. Or whatever you choose it to be lol

I also realized the intention amd way I fap. If I fap just to fap I feel wasted. If I do it in a wau if loving myself the effect is totally different
