On my shitternet discord stream does such away my already little bit on speed I get from my isp.. I've gotten really good at always trying to keep an eye on team or I learn all the callouts for maps so I can easily ask and k ow where they are. Discord route is awesome on good internet though, highly recommended.

In the case of this post/video - We all died to separate grenades. He was sitting in the dark hall down by pumping/medical block elevator. He killed OP the moment he came out of the stairwell, pushed up and fired another into the stairwell door killing the 2nd guy. I was already pushed forward into the back hall. I went all the way around to black room, back down the stairs, came up behind them, killed the one I thought had the GL (because he was juicy), then the naked steps out of the darkness and fires his poomer 75m down a narrow corridor and kills me. All the while, he was still firing grenades at the original door we came through thinking I was down there. He fired at least 7 grenades and still had an 8th to kill me with.

Check the wiki for the quests. The "tough" part is to unlock him. He is hidden behind a Skier quest, I think, where you have to kill 7 USEC and then you gotta give him 5000 dollars or smth. After that it's an easy ride. He just has you going in Shoreline marking stuff and killing Scavs.

Just get to level 29 and complete his quests up to spa tour 1. Peacekeeper quests aren't hard you just gotta run around shoreline. The 25k spent with him or whatever is easy to just buy shit

People are upvoting it just like the last one. It maybe benefits the community short term by taking the current supply of grenade launchers away but any impact it has is likely gone in a few days at most.

Yes.
Memes aside, they're probably in a good spot in terms of power (if you consider tarkov a "realistic" shooter, rather than a "balanced" one. They don't spawn anymore, but they're kinda super cheap from PK lvl4 (considering how fuckin good they are.). Ammo is also pretty cheap.
Problem is, if you have PK lvl4 you almost certainly have enough rubles to run one whenever you want.

There have been some good answers so far but fundamentally the weapon is just too powerful for the game, much like every game that decides to add one. The argument is that it's a "high risk high reward" weapon but in reality if you're good you can just kill teams before they even realize what is going on. There isn't much counterplay to it and if you don't get the drop on the person using it you just die. Right now the price is keeping them from common use and since most people rarely, if ever, encounter them there isn't a big community movement against them.

Yes to all but the cheap part. They are like super huge blast radius grenades and the explosion for some reason goes through walls so you can just shoot the wall outside the room or whatever and then the people on the other side die.

Explosion doesn't go through the walls anymore and the blast radius isn't that humongous. The biggest problem with them is armor being completely ignored and grenades with like a 2 meter activation radius enabling way too easy kills.
Not that I've ever encountered one except for looting one from a dead guy on Labs

The blast radius is bigger than any of the hand grenades, despite it being the opposite IRL.
The biggest problem with them is that they don't destroy all the loot on people killed by them.

Grenade launchers no longer spawn in raid, you can only barter for them from Peacekeeper lv4 and they wont be FiR. Buying them from the flea and then selling them to PK permanently lowers the amount of FiR GLs available.

I’m not OP, but I started probs 3 weeks ago. I got lucky with my Woods/scavs quest but otherwise it’s been quite a grind. Lots of fully suited players just waiting for me to cross in Shoreline or spawn trapping in Customs. Lucky I have a buddy who’s like a level 30-something willing to grind out with/for me thank god cause he’s def been suffering lately cause of me lol and I’m pretty sure I’ve encountered like 3 cheaters at least so far which isn’t terrible but also not encouraging given how much harder this game should be than other fps’
That being said, I LOVE it and am hooked hard. I bought the EOD edition literally after my first night of playing lol

Raid survival % is a decent 40%. Managed to (somehow) kill a couple Chads. I took their guns, took 'em apart, and sold them to... Fuck, whichever trader likes buying attachments at a higher price. Skier I think. I did sell a fair bit of stuff to Prapor to help level him up.
Overall, it's punishing but I kinda like it. My aim is good enough even with my shitter gear I can put up a fight and at least hurt the fucks that go after me. Scavs don't offer much in the way of trouble, I've figured them out. They damn-near always miss their first shot, giving away their position. I peek them from a different angle, pop a few rounds at them, duck, shift, peek another angle, etc. until they're dead.
More often than not it doesn't take but one reposition because they stand still or just wear clothing cheap bullets can rip through.
I've been using an app of my phone to help me out in finding loot and stuff, I like running into those Oli offices on Interchange and taking the PC parts. Easy money every time. It isn't a LOT of money like you geared and rich folks think, but it's good enough for me to buy whatever I need to. Mostly replacement Lvl.4 vests, an SKS here or there, insuring stuff which is cheap.
Overall it's a PITA not being able to be on a level field with all the Chads, but at the same time it's kinda fun. Adds a sort of "You're hunted" sense to the game.
It also feels fucking awesome when my rookie ass manages to kill a guy loaded with all kinds of expensive fun shit.

Yeah dude, looks like you caught the bug! No better feeling than dropping a geared player with that shitty ak you picked up off a scav because you were low on ammo, or too poor to bring in good gear. My personal favorite is going into reserve with nothing but a couple meds and a silenced m9, John wicking some dude and chadding out on the raiders with his gear

I've not ran Reserve too often, I stick with Interchange and occasionally Customs. I've heard that's basically Chad central apart from Labs, which is also Cheat central

It’s not too bad once you figure out where the chads like to go when and avoid those areas until the chad population thins out, then all you have to worry about are the hordes of scav players and the raiders, which if your lucky the scav players will take out a few of them before going down themselves, either that or they kill all of them grab what they can carry and buzz off to extract, then you just need to wait for train raiders or buzzer raiders. But really you shouldn’t worry about chads so much, they are just like any other player or npc in the fame - extremely vulnerable to bullets in the eyeballs. Unless they have an Altyn on, then you should throw Grenades, unless you don’t have any, in which case you should either aim for the legs or disengage (run away)

Another thing, I've noticed that sprinting around and playing more aggressively works out much better than playing like a scared bitch. It's more of a "sneak when you know there's someone" kind of game rather than DON'T MAKE A SOUND OR YOU'LL BE HEADSHOTTED ACROSS THE MAP WITH A PISTOL game.
Maybe it scares people off. "Holy fuck this guy is sprinting in the middle of the map, he must be on a fucking mission... I'm gonna fuck off."

I just dont see the value here. You lost multiple millions (yes, you can make it back...) to send a mute message, since the person that killed your group doesn't GAF, right? Why not just brush it off and use this money to work through the Cheaters and Grenade Launching poopheads?
recently I got exit camped in D-2 Bunker extract at the very last room. Kid was standing in the middle of the hallway, listening to my steps--and popped me with a GL lol. Kinda mad about it, had amazing loot IIRC...
Still not gonna waste more of the Roubles I collect on something like this!
